Beach T 410 is a pocket of sand located on the western side of the cape, with a grassy 20 m high 100 m wide headland to the west. The 200 m long beach occupies the base of the small embayment, and is backed by a foredune climbing part way up the backing 50 m high slopes. The beach receives waves averaging 1.5 m, which break across a 100 m wide surf zone with a permanent rip running out against the western headland. It is backed by cleared sloping farmland with no public access.
