Beach T 434 is located at the northern end of the bay in lee of Maria Point. It is a very low energy south-facing 300 m long strip of high tide sand fronted by 400 m wide sand flats. The road terminates at the eastern end of the beach. Beach T 435 is located at the tip of Maria Point just inside the bay. It is a 100 m long strip of south-facing sand with 50 m wide sand flats. It is backed by cleared farmland on the 30 m high 200 m wide point.
