Seacroft Bay is located on the northern side of Cape Deliverance. It is a 700 m long west-facing bay with 10 m high Johns Point forming the northern headland. Wave height decreases north of the cape and averages less than 1 m inside the small bay, increasing slightly towards the northern point. Fort Beach (T 416) occupies the western shore of the bay consisting of an 800 m long southwest-facing reflective to low tide terrace beach, with two central rock outcrops. A low grassy foredune backs the beach, with the southern half backed by Fort Direction Commonwealth land, while houses back the northern half.
