The three southernmost beaches (T 444-446) occupy small embayments either side of the sloping Tranmere Point at the southern end of the development. Beach T 444 is a 100 m long strip of reflective high tide sand backed and bordered by grassy slopes rising to 152 m high Droughty Hill. Beach 445 is located on the northern side of the 200 m wide point and is a 50 m long pocket of sand and rocks backed by cleared slopes then the southern end of the houses. Beach T 446 lies 100 m further north and is a similar 100 m long strip of reflective sand with numerous rocks along the beach and a small creek draining across the centre of the beach and houses on the slopes to either side.
