Beach T 705 occupies a gently curving south-facing embayment 2 km east of Low Rocky Point. The discontinuous 800 m long beach extends around the embayment in a series of curving sections of high tide cobbles, fronted by irregular rocks and rock reefs extending from 10 m to more than 100 m seaward. Waves break irregularly over the rocks and reefs with variable wave height along the shore. Generally low trees and heathland back the beach.
