Beach T 697 is located immediately east of Middle Rocks. It is a curving 200 m long high tide beach that faces south paralleled by rocky shore and rock ridges that extend 200 m on the west and 600 m on the east. High waves break heavily over the rocks and reefs at the mouth of the small bay with lower waves reaching the shore where they maintain a reflective beach.
