Beach T 1239 is a straight 350 m long low gradient beach with an inner bar drained by a rip against the northern rocks, and the crescentic outer bar located 300 m offshore. A large parabolic dune backs the entire beach, with the depositional lobe actively migrating to the east 1 km in from the beach and a small creek draining out of the deflation basin onto the centre of the beach, while older vegetated dunes extend over 2 km inland. It is only accessible by 4WD from the north and south.
