Beach T 1242 is an 80 m long west-facing cobble beach located 2.7 km east of Croppies Point. It is bordered and fronted by dolerite rocks and reefs, while it is backed by an old foredune and vegetated transgressive dunes blanketing the backing rocky slopes. A 4WD track reaches the crest of the backing foredune.
