Beach FI 119 occupies the eastern end of the embayment and is the only beach accessible by vehicle, with the two tracks descending to either end of the 100 m long beach, the main track through a narrow valley. It faces west out of the embayment, however granite rocks to either side provide only a 20 m wide gap for waves to reach the shore, resulting in a low energy reflective beach with seagrass growing to the shore. The beach is backed by a veneer of dune sand over the base of the backing slopes.
