To the west of Silas Beach are 2 km of granite shoreline backed by the settlement of Lady Barron, with the jetty located on the central Store Point. To the west of Store Point is beach FI 14, which occupies a 150 m long strip at the northern base of a 300 m wide granite bay. It faces dues south towards Fisher Reef and Island located 500 m off the shore. It is a narrow high tide beach that grades into seagrass meadows and is bordered by sloping granite points to either end, backed by densely vegetated bluffs rising to 10 m, with the road behind.
