Beach FI 132 lies in a small west-facing granite cove immediately west of Sleepy Beach. It is 80 m long and grades into rocks at each end, with a 50 m wide clear patch of sand in the centre. It is sheltered by the extensive reefs of Blyth Bay to the west with waves averaging less than 1 m and maintaining a reflective beach. The beach is backed by a small foredune, with steep slopes behind draped by older vegetated dunes.
