Beach T 182 is located immediately east of the Coles Bay boat ramp on the southern side of the headland and 500 m west of the northern end of Richardsons Beach. It consists of a curving narrow, 80 m long pocket of low energy sand bordered by low rocks to the east, with the large boat ramp crossing the western end. Several small boat sheds back the centre of the beach, together with dinghies usually pulled up on the beach. The Coles Bay post office is located on the slopes behind the beach.
