Beach T 234 is located 1 km to the east in lee of 12 m high Seaford Point. The beach faces north and receives low refracted waves with reflective conditions prevailing. It has rocks scattered along the western half, with the eastern half blocking a small 100 m wide, 200 m long valley, which it has partially filled with sand, and a small patch of wetland at the rear. Cleared farmland surrounds the valley and point.
