Beach T 274 and 275 are located adjacent to the Rheban farmhouse in an open southeast-facing embayment called Carrickfergus Bay. Beach T 274 is a straight 100 m long cobble beach with a sand and cobble terrace, while beach T 275, located 200 m to the south, is a 100 m long cobble beach, with some rocks along the southern half and a rock reef off the northern half. The farmhouse and buildings are located on the gentle slopes behind the beaches, with the road 200 m to the west of the shore.
