De Gillern Beach (T 216) occupies the next small valley 500 m to the southwest. It is a 300 m long sandy beach with a narrow low tide terrace. It is bordered by steeply rising slopes, with the highway cutting along the backing slopes 30 m above the beach. The steep Clements Creek reaches the rocky shore immediately north of the beach.
