Gillams and Finns beaches (T 551-553) are three adjoining beaches on the southern side of Ryans Point. They face east out towards the wide bay entrance and receive low refracted swell averaging about 0.5 m. They are also located within the Recherche Bay State Recreation Area, with the road running right along the rear of the beaches. Gillams Beach (T 551) is a straight 250 m long usually cusped reflective beach bordered by low rocky points, with a small foredune, then road behind. Across the road is a clearing with a camping area and toilets. Beach T 552 lies on the southern side of a 100 m long tree-covered rocky point and is a similar 100 m long cusped reflective beach, with the road and a few houses right behind.
