Lady Bay is a curving 1 km wide east-facing bay located 4 km north of Rossel Point. The bay is backed by freehold land with the Lady Bay Road running along the southern side of the bay. Beach T 524 occupies 600 m of the northern side of the bay. It is a curving southeast- to east-facing boulder beach, with a mixture of rock and sand seafloor backed by densely wooded slopes rising to 400 m. It is bordered by steep rocky slopes to the north and a 100 m long rocky point to the south. Selfs Rivulet crosses the centre of the beach.
