Sisters Bay is located 1 km south of Browns Point and is a curving 700 m wide east-facing rocky embayment, with Lady Bay Road running along its northern shore. Beach T 527 occupies the centre of the bay and is a curving, east-facing 600 m long boulder beach. The road clips its northern end, with both wooded and cleared slopes rising behind the beach and a few houses in the cleared areas.
