Perch Bay is located to the west of Deadmans Point. It is a curving east-facing 400 m wide embayment, with beach T 486 curving for 250 m around the western shore of the small bay. The beach is composed of cobbles and fronted by a 50 m wide sand flats then the deeper bay with boats moored just off the flats. A boat ramp, large shed and slipway cross the northern end of the beach, with cleared farmland behind the centre and a house on the southern point.
