Beach T 483 is located at the western end of the 1.5 km deep bay and is within the Oyster Bay Historic Site. The 300 m long beach commences at the mouth of Oyster Cove Rivulet and trends southeast to the rocky slopes of the 120 m high ridge that extends 1 km east to Oyster Cove Point. It is a narrow high tide beach fronted by 300 m wide sand flats, with boats moored off its southern half.
