Beaches T 1150-1152 are three adjoining pockets of sand and cobbles that during moderate to high waves face west across the outer surf zone of Northdown Beach. Beach T 1150 is a 50 m long pocket of high tide cobbles and sand wedged in between 50 m long dolerite points, with a narrow low tide terrace then the outer surf zone of the main beach. Beach T 1151 lies 50 m to the north and is a similar 60 m long pocket of cobble, with a 50 m wide sandy low tide terrace then the outer bars and surf zone. Beach T 1152 is another 50 m to the north and consists of a curving 60 m long pocket of cobble and sand with a central outcrop of rocks, grading into boulders against its northern point, with a rip flowing straight into the outer surf zone of Northdown Beach.
