Parsons Bay is an L-shaped 3 km long bay that narrows towards the mouth of Parsons Creek. Three beaches occupy parts of the sheltered low energy bay, with the town of Nubeena backing the eastern shore of the bay. Beach T 331 is located on the southern shore of the bay, extending for 500 m west of a small rocky outcrop called Flax Island. The low narrow beach is usually calm and fronted by 50 m wide sand flats, with dinghies stored on the beach. A jetty is located on the western point in lee of the island and the Parsons Bay road runs along the rear of the low beach.
Beach Length: 0.5km
