Ladies Bay is located in the southern part of the bay in lee of Fryingpan Point. Beach T 314 is a 100 m long strip of north-facing sand, fronted by 50 m wide sand flats then the deeper water of the outer bay. Boats are usually moored off the beach in lee of the point. The beach is located within the Port Arthur Historic Site and backed by tree-covered slopes rising to 30 m.
