Seabrook Beach (T 1067) is a 1.1 km long curving narrow high tide sandy beach that terminates at a prominent low sandy foreland called Burntwood Point. The point is attached to intertidal reefs that extend 400 m seaward. A narrow grassy reserve and the old highway parallel the rear of the beach, which is fronted by patchy inshore sand flats, then more extensive rock flats extending 400-500 m seaward at both ends of the beach, with deeper water in between. The highway cuts across the rear of the point with a few beachfront houses to the lee of the point.
