Beach T 1046 is located between two reef-tied sandy forelands. It is a curving 150 m long sandy high tide beach, which at mid tide grades into intertidal rock flats that fill the small embayment and link the two boundary reefs. The foredune and road continue along the rear of the beach. Beach T 1047 continues east of the boundary foreland for another 400 m to a large attached reef that extends 300 m offshore. A continuous curving northwest-facing sandy beach links the two boundary reefs. It consists of a narrow high tide beach fronted by a 100 m wide sandy intertidal beach with the rock reefs to either side. The road and foredune continue along the rear of the beach, with a small car park and access track at the western end of the beach.
