Beach T 810 is located at the mouth of Duck Creek, which reaches the sea at the end of a 50 m wide gap between 100-200 m long linear ridges of west-trending rocks. The 40 m long sandy beach is reworked by the creek flow, with the tannin from the creek staining the water of the small embayment. Waves are lowered to 0.5 m and less at the shore, with higher waves breaking outside the rocky boundaries. The vehicle track crosses the creek about 100 m upstream of the beach.
