Beach T 808 extends past the boundary rocks for another 300 m to a straight 300 m long west-trending rock ridge that forms its northern boundary. Sand fills most of the area between the boundary rocks, with waves averaging 1-1.5 m maintaining a low gradient 100 m wide surf zone drained by a rip that exits towards the northern end of the beach. A small creek drains across the southern end of the beach, while hummocky semi-stable dune ridges rise to over 20 m behind the central-northern part of the beach, with the track deflected 200 m inland around the dunes.
