Pebbly Beach (T 788) is located in a 150 m wide rocky bay on the northern side of Split Rock. The beach consists of a narrow 150 m long strip of sand and cobbles fronted by continuous 50 m wide intertidal rock flats that slope into a rocky bay floor. Waves average 0.5 m and less at the shore with higher waves breaking over midbay rocks and reefs. The 4WD track provides access to the slopes above the southern end of the beach.
