Simmons Bay contains a 100 m long, south-east facing sand beach, located below 70 m high bluffs. The beach is surrounded by private land and is not in the National Park. Public access is only available by boat. It is sheltered by The Arch headland from high waves and usually has a narrow, attached bar, with rips against the rocks during higher waves.
