Beach K 51 is the southernmost of the eastern beaches, and represents the terminus for sand moving down the eastern shore to infill the bay. The 700 m long beach is part of a 250 m wide series of recurved spits. Its northern end is fronted by mangrove-covered rock flats, with sand flats extending 500 m into the bay.
