Beach WA 1471 is a 2.8 km long beach that has prograded 200-300 m west as a series of crenulate foredune ridges, now experiencing some dune transgression. Behind the dune ridges, vegetated slopes rise to the crest of the 40 m high shore parallel bluffs. The reef lies 300-400 m off the beach, with parts extending to the shore. It terminates in the north where the backing bluffs reach the shore forming a 500 m long section of bluffed shoreline.
Beach Length: 2.8km
