Beach K 167 lies 2.5 km to the northeast. It is located in a southwest-facing 300 m wide gap in the rocky coast and backed by 20-30 m high cliffs. The 100 m long beach is tucked in the eastern corner of the gap and faces out across a veneer of sand covering 150 m wide reef flats. The next embayment, 300 m to the west, contains beach K 168. This is a steep, slightly curving 300 m long beach, which extends at high tide to the backing vegetated sandstone slopes, which rise to 30 m. A few boulders lie on the beach which is fronted by 200 m wide reef flats.
