Beaches K 204 and 205 are located on the western side of the only prominent point along this section of coast, a 500 m wide T-shaped ridge of sandstone. Both beaches have beachrock exposed along their base. Beach K 204 faces west, and is a straight 150 m long beach, backed by a small grassy foredune and fronted by 400 m wide mud flats. Beach K 205 is located on its immediate north, and 200 m further west. It is 100 m long and shares the same mud flats as its neighbour. The beach is composed of sand over boulders, with a high tide boulder berm.
