Beach K 200 is located 6 km west of Cone Hill, and consists of a 100 m long pocket of west-facing sand wedged in between a 200 m long rocky headland and the main ridge. It widens to 120 m at low tide and is bordered by a few mangroves, including one in the centre of the beach, and is fronted by 400 m wide sand to mud flats.
