Beach K 246 is located 2 km to the east, immediately south of Back Beach. It is a 50 m pocket of intertidal sand wedged in a creek-carved V-shaped gap in steep 120 m high sandstone slopes. The beach is submerged at high tide, washed out by the creek in the wet season, and fronted by 200 m wide reef flats.
