Pebble Beach (WA 1613) commences on the southern side of the pool and continues south for 4.7 km to the mouth of the creek that drains the Shothole Canyon. The creek delivers coarse gravel and pebbles to the beach, hence the name. A low foredune backs the northern half of the beach, with fringing reef growing to the shore along the northern part of the beach, and moving 200-400 m offshore to the south as 100 m wide sand flats parallel the beach. An airstrip parallels the rear of the beach, with a gravel road near the airstrip running straight out to the beach.
Beach Length: 4.7km
General Hazard Rating: 1/10
