Beach WA 1614 commences at the Shothole Creek mouth and trends to the south for another 800 m to the next creek mouth. Both creek mouths protrude slightly into the gulf, with the beach curving gently in between with vehicle tracks and car parks located beside each mouth. Sand flats and fringing reef continue to parallel the shore. Beach WA 1615 commences at the creek mouth and extends 5.2 km south past three small blocked creeks to the larger blocked mouth of Badijirrajirra Creek, which drains out of canyons in the backing range. The road runs 200-300 m inland with a few vehicle tracks out to the beach. The beach is fronted by 100-200 m wide ridged sand flats, then the fringing reef.
