Beach WA 1619 commences on the southern side of the jetty and trends to the southeast, past a blocked creek mouth, and then south for 3.1 km to terminate at a tidal creek mouth which forms the end of the spit. The creek drains the backing mangrove-lined salt flats. The jetty is use to refuel the fishing boats which moor off the beach. The beach is capped by foredunes rising to 10 m, then the mangroves and salt flats, with the Exmouth road 1-2 km inland, and the Learmouth airfield on the western side of the road.
Beach Length: 3.1km
