Beaches WA 1626-1629 occupy the shore of a slightly curving 4.5 km long embayment called Rest Bay. Tidal flats extend 300-1000 m off the shore, with patchy reef up to 3 km offshore. Beach WA 1626 commences on the southern side of Lefroy Point and trends to the south for 600 m. It consists of three slight embayments, with mangroves growing in each of the small bays. A solitary house is located behind the northern end of the beach, with a straight track paralleling the rear of the beach.
