Beach WA 923 commences at the northern groyne and trends north-northwest for 2.9 km to the next small sandy foreland. Waves average less than 0.5 m at the point, but increase to about 1 m up the beach where the beach sand coarsens and the beach becomes narrow and steep, with often no bar. The wide foreshore reserve, caravan park, then houses back the southern 1 km of the beach, with a second beach access road and car park north of the caravan park. North of the houses generally vegetated transgressive dunes back the beach, with a 1 km wide area of active dunes inland of the northern end of the beach.
Beach Length: 2.9km
