Beach WA 1753 is an artificial beach that has formed since the construction of the northern most rock jetty. It is a 50 m long pocket of high tide sand wedged in at the base of a V in the bordering seawalls. A 500 m long jetty is located immediately south of the beach, with the gas treatment plant behind.
