Beach WA 1841 is located midway along the northern side of 500 m long Reader Point. The point is composed of metasedimentary rock, with the 100 m long pocket beach occupying a gap along the northern side of the point. It is composed of sand and rocks and fronted by sand and rock outcrops. A sealed road leads to a car park on the crest of the point above the western end of the beach.
