Beach WA 1314 commences 300 m to the northwest and consists of a 2.6 km long narrow high tide beach located at the base of 10-20 m high bluffs that continue north to the next major inflection in the shore. The sand flats are 3 km wide in the south narrowing to 1 km off the northern boundary. The beach faces southwest into the prevailing winds and there has been some minor dune transgression up onto the backing bluffs.
