Beach WA 1289 lies 4 km further down the peninsula and is a 700 m long sandy beach that commences below 15 m high scarped bluffs, then widens to the south as a slight sandy foreland that has prograded about 100 m to the east. It terminates against a low rocky point, with a vehicle track reaching the southern corner of the beach.
Beaches WA 1290 and 1291 occupy a curving semi-circular shaped, east-facing embayment located 1 km south of Three Bears Island.
