Beach WA 902 is a 400 m long sandy beach located between two reef-tied sandy forelands. The boundary reefs extend a few hundred metres seawards and lower waves to less than 1 m at the shore, with reflective conditions usually prevailing. An active blowout has moved 400 m in from the beach, with vegetated dunes extending another 4 km inland. A four wheel drive track reaches the beach.
