Beach K 714 extends out along the base of a low sandstone point. It is a 300 m long west-facing high tide sand beach containing a 1 m high grassy foredune at its eastern end. It is fronted by 100 m wide rock flats, then 200 m wide sand to mud flats. A joint-controlled tidal creek separates it from beach K 715, a similar 600 m long beach, fronted by rock flats and some scattered mangroves. The beach is used as a campsite.
