. It terminates in the east against a 1 km long rocky section, beyond which is beach NT 701. This 800 m long sandy beach is backed by destabilised beach and foredune ridges and includes some small deflation basins. It is fronted by an attached bar which, toward the west, receives higher waves and is cut by beach rips, with a permanent rip against the rocks. A circular sandstone headland forms the eastern boundary with a small creek crossing the beach on its western side.
