The beach (NT 150) consists of a relatively straight, narrow, coarse, high tide beach, fringed by rock flats and mangroves, with rock flats exposed at low tide. A few houses are located at the western end of the beach in lee of the point. They are connected via a vehicle track to the Gunn Point road.
