Leanyer Recreation Park is located 18km from Darwin City. It is a FREE waterpark with three 14m high and over 100m long enclosed water slides. The pool ranges from 0m to 1.3m in depth. There is a wet play area perfect for young children. The park offers BBQ facilities and plenty of grass areas with shade perfect for a picnic. Skatepark and basketball court available to use and a dry playground also. Lifeguards are available to assist in monitoring safety in the water and on the slides.
