Jigaimara Point forms the western headland of a 2 km wide embayment containing beach NT 697. The curving 2.5 km long beach is bordered by the two rock headlands, with Malga Point to the east. The beach faces due north and consists of a moderately steep high tide beach fronted by two to three ridges on the sand flats. It is backed by a 400 m wide series of low grassy beach-foredune ridges. A vehicle track from Langarra runs along the back of the beach to Malga Point.
